Mario Aymerich, European Investment Bank (EIB)
Author of more than 50 articles, some 100 presentations and co-author of 5 technical books. At the EIB, since January 1999, Mr. Aymerich works in multi-professional teams covering technical, economic and financial assessment of large-scale infrastructure projects in the transport sector (roads & motorways, railways, urban transport systems, ports & airports, trans-European networks and implementation of infrastructure charges).
Kallistratos Dionelis, Association Européenne des Concessionnaires d’Autoroutes et d’Ouvrages à Péage (ASECAP)
Having served for the Greek Delegation to the EU in Brussels as the Counselor responsible for Transport and Environment from 1993-1999, Mr. Dionelis has been the General Secretary of ASECAP since 1999. The ASECAP gathers more than 20 national members managing more than 50,000 km of motorways' networks. Mr. Dionelis and the ASECAP's focus is on providing sustainable transport service and finance the construction, safe operation and effective maintenance of motorways and other major road infrastructures.
